f) Entry Period #6 begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 12, 2012.
g) Entry Period #7 begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 19, 2012.
h) Entry Period #8 begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 26, 2012.
i) Entry Period #9 begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 27, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 2, 2012.

Entry Period Prizes: Limit one (1) Entry Period prize per person per Entry Period. Three (3) First Prizes, one (1) Second Prize, nineteen (19) Third Prizes, four (4) Fourth Prizes, and one thousand three hundred thirty four (1,334) Fifth Prizes are available to be awarded in Entry Periods #1, #2, and #3. Three (3) First Prizes, one (1) Second Prize, nineteen (19) Third Prizes, four (4) Fourth Prizes, and one thousand three hundred thirty three (1,333) Fifth Prizes are available to be awarded in Entry Periods #4 and #5. Three (3) First Prizes, one (1) Second Prize, nineteen (19) Third Prizes, three (3) Fourth Prizes, and one thousand three hundred thirty three (1,333) Fifth Prizes are available to be awarded in Entry Period #6.
