Strategy: An sure fire strategy to win is build lots of Mecha Koopa towers as soon as the game starts, and upgrade the damage & reload time consistently.
For the more challenging levels I highly recommend investing in a few Ninji at the very start of the map, buy enough and spread them out that they can keep the enemies slow long enough to kill'em before they can get anywhere. And also build defense towers around the left of the map, where the enemies attack from, Stone is probably the best because with the slowed enemies, Stone can deal lots of group damage.
Also Boo is cool, because they just grab on and start eating the health away.
